Consular fees must be paid in cash in RUR or EUR at the bank\u2019s exchange rate before submitting the visa application.<\/p>\n<p>2. Consular fees can also be paid online through the <strong><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bancaintesa.ru\/ru\/retail\/visa\/\">official website of Banca Intesa<\/a>. You will then need to go in person to the aforementioned branches of AO \u201cBank Intesa\u201d to pick up the paper payment receipt, which you must submit along with your visa application.<\/p>\n<p>For the processing of payments of consular fees, AO Bank Intesa charges a fee in accordance with its  <strong><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bancaintesa.ru\/files\/all-tariffs-other-fiz.pdf\">rate schedule<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The costs of the services provided by authorized visa centers are the responsibility of the applicant.<br \/>\nYou are advised to be wary of any intermediaries who offer their services for a fee to submit or facilitate visa applications, and to report them to the Consulate General. In particular, you are advised to be wary of individuals who claim to have preferential channels for visa applications. The consular fee, as set forth in the consular fee schedule, is the only cost permitted in addition to the fee for visa center services.
